Oddly, this logo was inspired by gas stations like Esso and Husky. I think when you drive by something every day, it becomes a reminder that you’re thinking about other things that could be poignant.
The point of this series is to think, then do immediately. As an exercise, I selected images of objects that could bear several meanings. The viewer’s job is to think about any associations, then to come up with ideas with specific outcomes as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to launch this campaign, but it would be a great project to further develop visuality and the foundational principles of branding and design for another agency.
