Sometimes, businesses adopt a visual ideology to define what they do to their customers. It breaks up the monotony of seeing just words, and it can be quickly ingrained in our memories – forming a foundation for new modes of thinking. For example, you can say – what is social media good for? Well, it represents your ‘image’, so it’s good for…anything related to the idea of ‘image’. The thought process I wanted to consider is one of evaluation + decision-making. Can we relate a detailed service to something that’s easy to understand?
